70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The vineyards are planted at a density of 6700 vines per hectare, producing very small yields. The grapes are handpicked and after fermentation the wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak. Fullbodied, bold, concentrated, and with layer after layer of aromas and flavours that linger on. Look for currants, cherries, plums, and spices on the palate, with hints of cedar. Food pairing: full flavored beef or chicken dishes.
